The very rare fairy tale card game in its original box. Includes all playing cards plus one card with game rules. “The game is about gathering as many complete families as possible...” The families consists of Trolls, Elves, Witches, Giants and so forth, a total of 36 illustrated cards, each with an illustration in colour by Maj Lindman. Playing cards and box in very good condition, seemingly never used. Very detailed and well executed illustrations made during Maj Lindman's perhaps best time as an illustrator, the 1920s. The wooden jigsaw puzzle with the motif of a girl canvassing for coffee breaks during the harvest work in the countryside is complete with all the pieces. Original box and jigsaw in good condition.
