A George III release indenture detailing a joint lease agreement between William Everett of Biddesden House, Ludgershall, County of Wiltshire, John Drummond of Bedford Square in the County of Middlesex, and William Flower of Heytesbury in the County of Wiltshire, dated 1792, handwritten on single sheet of vellum, ruled in red with decorative pen flourishes and with wax seals attached (H48 x W62cm); a Victorian devise indenture between George Hughes of Coombe in Pembroke and others to Anne Baldwyn of Bristol, dated 27th September 1843, two sheets of vellum ruled in red with decorative pen flourishes and with wax seals attached (W63 x H78cm); to also include a coveyance from 1860 and a probate dated 1880 (4).
