A George IV manuscript indenture, dated 16th July, handwritten on vellum, being a copy of the admission of Mr. John Mills to the Manor of Duddleswell on the Death of Mr. James Parkhust, of Mr. Mills's surrender of the Manor of Duddleswell to Mr. James Bridger, and of Mr. Bridger's admission thereon and conditional surrender to Mr. Mills, 320mm x 1040mm with paper covered seals; A George III manuscript indenture, dated 8th April 1787, handwritten with ornate title piece on a single sheet of vellum, being a mortgage between John Wood Oram of Barnstaple, in the County of Devon, and the Reverend Samuel Lavington of Bideford, in the County of Devon for the sum of £100, 720mm x 570mm, with wax seals; and four other eighteenth and nineteenth century manuscript indentures (6).
