A pair of large lidded urns in three sections, with animals mask handles applied to the body and painted with panels of flowers and foliage on an orange and green spotted ground, supported on three short feet and triangular shaped base. Factory marks to the base, various restorations to both. Approx 30cms high. (2).
Condition
1st urn, small lid completely broken and restored, larger lid - some staining to the underside of the lid and grazes to the inner rim, base section - large areas of restoration inside which has yellowed with age, some wear to the rim and small restored area to the rim, wear to the gilding in places to all sections. 2nd urn, small lid broken and restored, large chunk out underneath, larger lid - some staining underneath and grazes and small chip underneath, main section - large restored areas which are visible inside with yellowing over time, hairline to the rim, restoration to the rim, small chip to the base, some gilding loss and wear to all sections in places.
