Vintage cocktail ring of 14 kt. gold set with a large facet-cut round aquamarine in an ornamented openwork setting, flanked on the ring rail by six smaller rose-cut diamonds. Ring size: 54/ 17.5. Weight: approx. 5.1 g. The ring shows signs of age-related use, indistinctly stamped. Acidity verified by acid test.
