Rarity is how seldom something by Frits Schlegel is sold at auction, compared with every other name we follow, based on sales in the last two years. It measures supply, not value.
Price trend
What Frits Schlegel has sold for at auction, converted to a single piece in normal condition.
Each sale is normalised to a neutral single item — hammer price divided by empirically measured quantity and condition factors (a pair ≈ 1.41× a single, damaged ≈ 0.82×) — the same recipe as the Tupendan valuation engine. Trend is a Theil–Sen fit over quarterly medians; under ±5%/yr we call it stable.
