Børge Mogensen (1914-1972). Spoke-back sofa, model 1789 with a varnished beechwood frame, original cushions outfitted with cognac-coloured leather and leather straps. Features usage-related traces of wear, stains and patina, armrests with abrasions, one missing button, a few of the cushions with faint craquelure. Designed in 1945. Produced at Fritz Hansen and labelled accordingly. H. 82 cm., L. 164 cm., D. 70 cm. Hans J. Wegner (1914-2007). A pair of spoke-back chairs in solid, varnished beechwood. Cushions upholstered in original cognac-coloured leather. Designed in 1945. Produced at Fritz Hansen, model 1788, and labelled accordingly H. 89 cm. Seat height 44 cm.
