In the form of stylized branchwork with blue guilloche enamel and engraved floral decor. Set with eight pieces of antique cut diamonds, approx. 0,80 ctw (approx. I-M/VS-SI). Engraved inscription “Lovisa, Josephina, Eugenia, the 31 October 1851". Ø approx. 55 m. Weight about 29 grams. Custom case from Gustaf Möllenborg included PROVENANCE The lordly family of Leijonhufvud, then inherited. Eva Gustafsdotter Leijonhufvud received this bracelet bequeathed to her by Queen Lovisa of Sweden who probably received it as a gift from her husband King Charles XV at the birth of Princess Louise on 31 October 1851. Leijonhufvud was a diocesan maiden and on 4 July 1851 became court lady to Crown Princess Lovisa of Sweden and Norway. She became acting courtier with her on 1 November 1851 and became court mistress of the same princess on 18 July 1859 when she had become queen.
