Publisher's hardcover. With cover and illustrations by Ingrid Nyman. The first picture book about Pippi, and without competition the most popular. Probably the book that has meant the most to shape our image of Pippi. Literature: Lars Bengtsson, Bildbibliografi — Astrid Lindgrens skrifter, page 206 onwards.
