Early, unique dish designed and executed by Christian Poulsen in his own studio in Ørholm, Denmark in 1938. Made from hand-turned, partially glazed stoneware. Interior decorated with pink glaze and blue dots. Engraved with initials (CP) and the year 1938 on the exterior bottom. Diametro: 24,7 cm. Height: 2.6 cm. Note: Christian Poulsen ran his studio in Ørholm from 1933-38 and again from 1946. During the years in between, from 1941-46, he was employed at Bing & Grøndahl in Copenhagen.
