A Meissen porcelain plate with rare Japanese style decor The entire well painted with a rare decorative motif after an Imari design: A vase with a small perforated rock and flowers arranged in it, with reeds behind. Large scrolling foliate motifs around the rim. Blue crossed swords mark and K, impressed number 61. Circular wear of the glaze, wear of the gilding in some places. Diameter 24.2 cm. C. 1740.
