Lotte Laserstein (1898–1993), a leading figure of New Objectivity, was born near Königsberg; in 1927, she graduated with honors from the United State Schools for Fine and Applied Arts in Berlin as one of the first women to do so, Young Lady with a Mask, color lithograph, signed by hand lower right, sheet approx. 64 x 51 cm, mounted on paper all around and framed under glass 70 x 60.5 cm, with minor staining, paper cutout 46 x 39.5 cm
