Heavy use- and age-related wear. One armchair with small holes in the seat cushion as well as a long tear in the leather under the cushion. Other chair with a loose joint where the crossbar meets the back. Leather laces with sporadic breaks. Frame appears faded and with scratches/dents.

A pair of armchairs designed by Werner Biermann and manufactured by Arto Sano, Colombia in the 1960s. Frame of solid teak. Seat, back and seat cushion of patinated saddle leather with leather laces. Both chairs stamped. Height: 76 cm. Seat height: approximately 32-33 cm. Width: 56 cm. Depth: 72 cm.
