A William IV indenture manuscript, dated 25th Mary 1837, handwritten on a single sheet of vellum, being an assignment of ground in Othery Somerset for residence of several terms of 500 and 1000 years, between Mr John Ball of Yeovil Somerset Gentleman in the First Part, Edwin Newman of Yeovil Somerset Aforesaid Gentleman of the Second Part, Alfred Godfrey of Othery Somerset Yeoman and Coltrip Godfrey of the same place Yeoman of the Third Part, George Edward Hooper of Yeovil aforesaid surgeon of the Fourth Part, and the Reverend Henry Brown Newman of Babcary Somerset Clerk of the Fifth Part, with wax and paper covered seals, 78cm x 62cm; A William IV indenture manuscript, dated 7th May 1836, handwritten on a single sheet of vellum, being a counterpart of lease of the Bear Inn and Premises Ilchester, between the Right Honourable Henry Stephen Earl of Ilchester, Lord Ilchester and Stavordale Baron Strangways of Woodford Strangways in the County of Dorset, and Baron of Redlynch, in the County of Somerset of the one Part and James Welsh of Somertion in the County of Somerset Gentleman of the other Part, with wax and paper covered seals, 55cm x 53cm; A William IV indenture manuscript, dated 13th December 1833, handwritten on a single sheet of vellum, being an appointment of reversionary interest in stock and assignment of life interest therein, between John Penkivil of Yeovil in the County of Somerset Doctor of Medicine of the First Part, William Jones Penkivil of the City of Bristol Gentleman of the Second Part, Mary wife of John Slade of Yeovil aforesaid Gentleman of the Third Part, and John Slade aforesaid of the Fourth Part, with wax and paper covered seals, 78cm x 64cm; and two other indentures and documents similar (6).
