Drop-shaped table lamp with round recesses designed by Helge Østerberg and made in own studio in Virum, Denmark c. 1950s. Made of hand-turned ceramics glazed in blue-black shades. Signed “Ø” and faintly stamped “Denmark” on the rim of the foot. Height: 28 cm. Diameter: 12.5 cm. Note: Helge Østerberg had his studio from 1943 to the early 1970s. He had to stop because of failing eyesight.
