Beskrivning & detaljer
Arne Jacobsen. A pair of 'Series 7' bar stools with moulded plywood shells, chrome-plated tubular steel frames. Designed in 1955. Produced by Fritz Hansen, model 3197, newly reupholstered in cognac-coloured aniline leather. H. approx. 113 cm. Seat height approx. 79 cm. Newly reupholstered by a professional furniture upholsterer in aniline leather. Aniline leather is made from rawhides. In principle, the leather has an entirely natural naked surface, where all the natural marks are visible. This helps to emphasize the unique character of the leather. The leather is full-grained, which means that the natural surface structure is preserved. Aniline leather changes over time through use and exposure to light and quickly acquires a natural patina.
