Marcel Breuer & Carlo Scarpa Delfi Cristallino marble table Simon Gavina Edition Year of creation: 1968 H73 L220 P90 cm The “Delfi” table (1968), designed by Marcel Breuer and Carlo Scarpa, is an ode to classical architecture in a modernist form. Inspired by the temples of Delphi, it distills the column and capital into pure geometry. This piece is crafted from Cristallino marble—an exceptionally rare variety, far less common than Carrara marble.
