Fanny Garde for B&G. Large Art Nouveau vase in porcelain, approx 1910s

Fanny Garde 1855-1928. Large Art Nouveau floor vase in porcelain, decorated with flowers in the form of white irises. Produced by Bing & Grøndahl and labelled accordingly, 'Danish China Works B&G Copenhagen'. Signed F Garde. H. 40 cm. Features a firing errors, craquelure as well as minor chipping in the glaze. The firing errors are predominantly located on one side of the vase, the vase can thus be placed e.g. up against a wall / bookcase so that these are partially hidden. Inspection is recommended. Provenance: The current descendants of Fanny Garde.
